[摘　要]　随着北京地铁建设速度的加快，地铁沿线土地一级开发中的种种矛盾凸显。正确化解这些矛盾，在地铁沿线土地一级开发、城市一体化建设当中，具有重要的战略意义。

Abstract: With the rapid construction speed of Beijing metro projects， more and more problems stand out in primary land development process. To fulfill urban primary land development and realize urban integration successfully, it is strategically important to reconcile these contradictions.
