[摘　要]　分析了重庆市保障性住房发展状况，探讨了其中存在的问题及成因，进而提出建立非营利保障性住房资产管理公司，理顺政府和市场关系，健全保障性住房退出机制，建立统一的保障性住房信息系统等政策建议。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the development of the security housing in Chongqing, discusses the problems and their reasons.Based on these, it puts forward some proposals, such as, building one non-profit security housing asset management company, rationalizing the relationship between government and market, establishing a unified security housing information system.
