[摘　要]　初步探讨一种快速确定清单项目综合单价的方法，举例说明清单综合单价的快速确定，以便在较短时间内报出价格，在众多的国内外竞争对手中取胜。

Abstract: The paper preliminarily discussed a method of determining an integrated unit of BOQ quickly. It illustrated the method by a case of large chemical fertilizer project in Vietnam Ninh, for making accurate bidding price in short time and winning a bid.
