[摘　要]　评分者信度已被广泛应用于教育统计学领域。在评分者信度概念的基础上，引入评委信度的概念，并运用肯德尔和谐系数，结合对某招标评标报告的实证分析，考察各评委对同一家投标单位评分间的一致性程度。最后提出了针对性建议。

Abstract: The rater reliability has been widely used in the field of education statistics.Based on the conception of rater reliability, the jury reliability has been introduced. Using the Kendall Coefficient, combined with the empirical analysis of a tender evaluation report, the article examines the degree of consistency among the tender's scores from each jury.In the end, the measures to improve the jury reliability have been put forward.
