摘要：以措施项目为研究对象，分析预制装配式和现浇式两种结构体系下措施项目内容差异。以济南某公租房项目为例，利用实际数据分析两种结构体系下措施项目造价相关指标的差异及主要影响因素。基于上述分析，提出完善预制装配式建筑工程措施项目计价依据和计价项目的建议。

Abstract：Taking the measurement item as research object，the paper analyzes the content difference of measurement item between the two kinds of structure system of the prefabricated assembly and the cast in place. Then，taking a public rental project in Jinan as an example，uses the actual data to analyzes the differences of measurement item cost indexes and the main influences between the two kinds of structure system. Based on the above analysis，proposes some suggestions for the improvement of cost valuation criterion of industrialized housing.
