摘要：在利益相关者理论的基础上提出假设，通过文献梳理和案例分析筛选出城市交通PPP项目特许运营价格的36个影响因素，基于结构方程模型，采取问卷调查获取数据，应用SPSS22.0和AMOS22.0进行实证分析，得出其关键影响路径及其效应。在此基础上，从城市交通PPP项目价格制定与调整、特许运营价格调整与政府补贴相协调和降低宏观环境影响等方面提出建议。

Abstract：The paper puts forward the hypothesis based on the stakeholder theory，selects 36 influence factors of concession price for urban traffic PPP projects through literature review and case analysis. Based on the structural equation model，adopts questionnaire survey to get data，applies SPSS22.0 and AMOS22.0 to make empirical analysis on the influence factors，obtains the key influence path and effects. On this basis，gives the suggestions from the price setting and adjustment of urban traffic PPP projects，coordination of concession price adjustment and government subsidies，reducing the impact of macro environment.
