摘要：根据我国建筑工业化的发展现状，提出“互联网+”大环境下基于BIM技术的建筑工业化生产模式，构建该生产模式的运作框架及实施路径。然后分析我国新型建筑工业化生产模式面临的困难，并就应用BIM技术推动新型建筑工业化发展提出相关的对策建议。

Abstract：Based on the development situation of China’s construction industrialization，this paper puts forward the new production pattern of construction industrialization based on BIM technology under the background of “Internet +”，establishes the operation framework and implementation path of the production pattern emphatically. Then，illustrates the dilemma of China’s construction industrialization confronted at present，proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the new production pattern by using BIM technology.
