摘要：以河南省建筑业增加值为研究对象，采用2000～2013年的相关数据，基于SPSS从相关分析和线性回归分析两个方面研究河南省建筑业发展影响因素。研究发现在α=0.01的置信水平下，河南省建筑业增加值与地区生产总值、全社会固定资产投资成正比，与居民消费水平成反比。最后提出针对性建议：政府应积极调节市场，加大投入力度；提高经济发展水平，带动建筑业的发展；加快建筑业结构转型，寻找新的经济增长点。

Abstract：Taking the added value of construction industry of Henan as the research object，by using the relevant data of 2000～2013，this paper analyzes influencing factors of the construction industry development in Henan from the two aspects of the correlation analysis and linear regression based on SPSS. The study finds that，in the confidence level of 0.01，the increased value of construction industry in Henan is proportional to the regional GDP，whole society fixed assets investment，and is inversely proportional to the consumption level of residents. Finally，puts forward corresponding suggestions that the government should actively adjust the market，increase investment，improve the level of economy development，promote the development of the construction industry，accelerate the transformation of the construction industry structure，and look for new economic growth point.
