摘要：分析体育场馆建筑策划与项目前期工作的关系，界定建筑策划的范畴；阐述体育场馆建筑策划内容的演化；分析建筑策划过程中常见的问题，从完善场馆赛后利用功能、提高临时空间的利用率、优化结构体系的经济性、引入寿命周期全过程投资控制等几个方面提出对策建议。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the relationship between sport stadia architectural programming and project preparatory works，defines the boundary of architectural programming，and indicates the content evolution of stadium architectural programming. And analyzes common problems in architectural planning，puts forward suggestions from of strengthening the availability after games，improving the use of temporary venues，optimizing the economics analysis of structural system，introducing the process cost control based on the whole life cycle.
