摘要：依据突变级数法的相关要求，从生产生活型基础设施和社会发展型基础设施两方面构建农村基础设施建设现状评价指标体系。采用熵权法对指标进行排序并建立突变模型，对全国的农村基础设施建设现状进行评价，结果表明：1）农村基础设施建设现状差异与经济发展水平差异状况基本吻合；2）突变级数模型适用于农村基础设施现状的评价。

Abstract：According to the relevant requirements of the catastrophe progression method，this paper builds a current situation evaluation index system of rural infrastructure construction from the aspects of production and living infrastructure and social development infrastructure. Using the entropy weight method，sorts the indexes and sets up the catastrophe model，evaluates the current situation of rural infrastructure construction in China. Results indicate that：1）the differences of rural infrastructure construction is consistent with the economic development level difference；2）the catastrophe progression model is suitable for the evaluation of the current situation of the rural infrastructure.
