摘要：阐述ESCO节能改造项目投资风险控制的经济性、系统性和全过程原则；从完善投资资金管理，强化合同管理，加强投资运营管理，建立客户评价体系，注重客户管理等方面，提出投资风险控制策略。

Abstract：Firstly，the paper elaborates the basic principles of economy，system and whole process for the investment risk control of ESCO energy saving renovation project. Then，puts forward the effective strategy of investment risk control from perfecting investment fund management，strengthening the contract management，strengthening the enterprise investment and operation management，establishing customer evaluation system，and focusing on customer management，and so on.
