摘要：结合某大型核电工程的实际情况，分别研究招标阶段和实施阶段所采用的风险分担方式，并分析各种风险分担方式对合同执行效率的影响情况，其中招标阶段风险分担对合同执行效率的影响更显著。

Abstract：Combined with the actual situation of a large nuclear power project，the paper studies risk allocation ways in the bidding stage and implementation stage. Then，analyzes these risk allocation ways impacting on the execution efficiency of the contact，the results show that the risk allocation in the project bidding is more remarkable.
