摘要：变更类因素是结算纠纷产生的主要原因之一。运用2013版《清单计价规范》等相关法规，分析总价合同结算纠纷的主要因素，明确工程量和综合单价是决定工程价款的两个关键要素。在此基础上，梳理出变更类因素引起总价合同价款调整的具体方法，以期为预防和处理总价合同下变更类结算纠纷提供借鉴和依据。

Abstract：Changeable factors are the main reason leading to settlement disputes. Through the related laws and reguluations，this paper analyzes the main factors of settlement disputes，clears two key factors：the quantities and comprehensive unit price which determines the construction price. On this basis，further hackles the specific contract price adjustment methods，so as to provide a reference and base to avoid and settle such disputes.
