摘要：概述费率计价、工程量清单计价和模拟工程量清单控制价三种计价方式，然后总结模拟工程量清单控制价的编制步骤，最后阐述模拟工程量清单控制价在实际应用中常见的问题及注意事项。

Abstract：This paper summarizes the rate pricing，engineering quantity List pricing and the simulated engineering quantity list pricing three kinds of pricing method，and sums up the preparation steps of the simulated engineering quantity list. Finally，expounds the common problems and matters needing attention in practical application.
