摘要：在厘清我国农地流转现状与现实困境基础上，系统梳理“互联网+”背景下典型的农地流转模式，并从交易费用、专业化分工、产业融合等视角探讨互联网对农地市场化流转的影响机理，提出应当从深化农村体制改革、健全农地流转机制、促进分工与专业化、推进互联网技术应用等方面为农地流转创造有利条件，从而引领农地流转的互联网改革，促进农业现代化发展。

Abstract：On the basis of clarifying the current situation and the realistic predicament of the farmland circulation in china，this paper summarizes the typical farmland circulation mode under the background of “Internet plus”，and from the perspective of transaction costs，specialized division，industry convergence and so on，explores the influence mechanism of Internet on the transfer of farmland market. Then，puts forward relevant measures to create favorable conditions for the transfer of farmland market，including deepening the reform of rural system，improving the circulation mechanism of farmland，promoting division of labor and specialization and the application of Internet technology.
