摘要：运用北京市2000年至2012年相关数据，基于投入产出模型，定量分析北京房地产业的关联程度及波及效应。研究表明：北京房地产业与第三产业关联密切，对第三产业的直接需求量大；房地产业与第二产业的关联程度次之，房地产业的间接需求主要集中在第二产业。

Abstract：By using relevant data of Beijing during 2000 to 2012，based on the input -output model，this paper makes the quantitative analysis of the correlation and ripple effects of the real estate industry in Beijing. The results show that the real estate industry of Beijing keeps the close relationship with tertiary industry，the real estate industry has large direct demand for the tertiary industry，the correlation of real estate industry and secondary industry is inferior，the indirect demand of the real estate industry is mainly concentrated on the secondary industry.
