摘要：以模板和脚手架专项工程为研究对象，分析其重大危险源，提出基于人理—物理—事理系统方法论的专项工程安全管理改进策略与建议，并构建应用模型，为危险性较大专项工程安全管理提供理论指导。

Abstract：Taking the formwork and scaffold special projects as the research object，this paper analyzes the major hazard sources，and proposes the improvement strategy and suggestion for safety management in special engineering based on the theory of human reason，physical reason，affair reason. Then，builds application mode，so as to provide theoretical guidance for the safety management of the rather dangerous special projects.
