摘要：运用单案例研究方法，借助扎根理论三级编码的形式，对地铁工程成本责任流管理影响因素进行分析提炼，最终得到政策制度、动力机制、信息技术及组织管理四大主范畴；分析发现地铁工程成本责任流管理各大范畴之间的行为关系架构，构建地铁工程成本责任流管理模式框架，提出地铁工程成本责任流管理模式的四个命题，并阐明其基本理论内涵。

Abstract：By single case study method，using the three-level coding way of the grounded theory，this paper analyzes and refines the influencing factors of the cost responsibility flow management of subway project，gets four main categories of policy system，dynamic mechanism，information platform，and organization management. Then，analyzes the behavior relationship structure between the major category of cost responsibility flow management in the subway engineering，builds the framework of the management mode about cost responsibility flow in subway engineering，puts forward the four propositions of the management model of cost responsibility flow in subway engineering，illuminates the basic theoretical connotation.
