摘要：根据PPP项目各参与方的贡献度确定主要参与主体，在此基础上引入考虑风险因素的Shapley值构建收益分配模型；采用模糊综合评价法，并结合层次分析法赋予多项评价权重，将其统一为单项指标对数据进行计算分析。最后通过北京地铁四号线PPP项目案例进行模拟分析，验证模型的有效性。

Abstract：According to the degree of contribution in PPP projects，this paper determines the key participants. Based on this，introduces the Shapley value considering risk factors to build the profit distribution model. Using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and combined with the analytic hierarchy process，gives a number of evaluation weights，and unifies into a single evaluation index to calculate and analyze. Finally，through the simulation analysis of the case of Beijing Metro Line No 4，verifies the validity of the model.
