摘要：安装工程的计量和计价，由于个别工程量计算规则或定额说明缺乏详细解释，在实际应用过程中容易引起争论和分歧。以给排水和电气照明安装工程为例，就工程计量和计价中的两个常见的典型模糊问题，即：给排水安装工程中“存水弯”问题以及电气照明安装工程中的部分“配线”问题，分析其合理的工程计量和计价方法，并对相关定额计算规则提出修改建议。

Abstract：Because of the lack of detailed explanation of the calculation rules or the quota of the individual engineering quantity，the measurement and valuation of the installation engineering is easy to cause the disputes and differences in the practical application process. The paper takes water supply and drainage and electrical lighting installation engineering as example，with two common typical fuzzy problems in engineering measurement and valuation，namely water-sealed joint problem in water supply and drainage installation engineering，and wiring problem in electrical lighting installation engineering，analyzes the rational measurement and valuation methods，and provides suggestions for amendment on the relevant quota calculation rules.
