摘要：介绍工程造价咨询企业及其BIM技术应用现状，分析BIM技术对工程造价咨询企业的影响，深入探讨BIM技术在工程造价中的应用，最后阐述工程造价咨询企业在BIM技术环境下的发展方向。

Abstract：The paper introduces the engineering cost consulting enterprises and the application status of BIM technology，analyzes the impacts on engineering cost consulting enterprises caused by BIM technology，discusses the application of BIM technology in engineering cost consulting. Finally，elaborates the development direction of engineering cost consulting firms under the BIM environment.
