海外工程承包项目人员属地化管理评价研究

摘要:鉴于人员属地化已成为海外工程承包项目管理中的重要一环,人员属地化管理的评价研究显得尤为重要。在分析海外工程承包项目人员属地化管理评价指标的基础上,运用层次分析法构建项目人员属地化管理的评价指标体系,并通过模糊评价法对项目的人员属地化管理水平进行综合评价,最后针对人员属地化管理中存在的问题提出改进建议。关键词:海外工程;项目人员;属地化管理;评价指标Abstract:Personnel localization management has been an important part in overseas project management,the evaluation research of personel localization management is particularly important. By analyzing the evaluation indexs of personnel localization management in overseas project,this paper constructs the evaluation system using analytic hierarchy process,and then gives a comprehensive evaluation of personnel localization level through fuzzy evaluation method,finally puts forward suggestions for improvement based on the problems discovered in personnel localization management.Keywords:overseas projects;project personnel;localization management;evaluation index参考文献[1] Levitt T.
