摘要：基于“路径依赖”理论，研究我国建筑企业竞争优势及路径依赖。首先回顾我国建筑企业的五个发展阶段及各自的特点，从中提炼出我国建筑企业在管理体制、管理机制和企业文化三方面的路径依赖性，提出建筑企业打破路径依赖、实现转型升级的合理化建议。

Abstract：Based on the path dependent theory，studies the competitive advantages and path dependent of Chinese construction enterprises. Firstly，reviews the five development stages of Chinese construction enterprises and their respective characteristics. Secondly，extracts the path dependence from the stage analysis，namely path-dependent in three aspects of administrative system，management mechanism and enterprise culture. Then，puts forward suggestions properly on how to break path-dependent and promote the transformation and updating of construction enterprises.
