摘要：通过文献梳理建筑工业化发展的主要障碍因素，借助相对重要性指数对参与过和没参与过建筑工业化项目的两组人群调查的数据分别进行重要性排序，利用排序吻合因子验证两组数据的差异性，结果显示两组数据确实不一致，最后得出结论：生产成本高、标准体系不完善和缺乏熟练产业工人是较重要的三个障碍因素，并从政府、行业、企业、个人四个层面提出促进我国建筑工业化发展的对策。

Abstract：Through summarizing the major obstacles of construction industrialization by literature review，ranks the obstacles of the two groups with the people who have participated in industrial construction projects and the people have not with the relative importance index，verifies the inconsistencies between two sets of data with rank agreement factor. The result shows that two sets of data are really inconsistent. The paper obtains conclude that high production costs，the incomplete standard system and lack of skilled industrial workers are more important obstacles. On the basis，proposes countermeasures from the level of government，industry，enterprises and individuals.
