工程项目供应链牛鞭效应成因及对策研究—基于行为运作理论

摘要:牛鞭效应也称信息扭曲现象,如不予缓解,很可能带来决策失误。基于行为运作理论,重点从个体决策偏差与社会偏好角度分析工程项目供应链牛鞭效应产生的行为成因,指出牛鞭效应由供应链结构的内生因素和人的行为因素共同造成;在此基础上,从实现信息共享、协调企业利益目标促进协同决策、建立信任机制三个方面提出缓解工程项目供应链牛鞭效应的对策。关键词:工程项目;供应链;牛鞭效应;行为运作Abstract:The bullwhip effect is also called information distortions,if it’s not relieved,will bring about wrong dicision. Based on the theory of behavioral operation,the paper analyzes the causes of bullwhip effect in construction supply chains from the view of individual decision bias and social preference,points out that bullwhip effect is caused by the endogenous factors of supply chain structure and the human factors. On the basis,proposes the countermeasures to relieve the bullwhip effect in construction supply chains from the perspectives of information sharing,coordinating the interests of enterprises to promote cooperative decision-making,and establishing trust mechanism.Keywords:construction project;supply chain;bullwhip effect;behavioral operation参考文献[1] Min J and Bornsson H.
