摘要：通过整理近3年相关文献，发现装配式建筑发展受阻的原因是其较现浇建筑价格偏高且价格补偿机制不完善。基于产品外部性理论，分析装配式建筑价格补偿的原因；确定价格补偿原则，探讨补偿的标准，设计价格补偿机制；并就加快推进装配式建筑快速高效发展提出若干政策建议。

Abstract：Through the analysis of the literature for nearly three years，finds that the cause of the prefabricated building arrested development is higher price than the price of cast-in-place building，and the price compensation mechanism is not perfect. Based on the externality theory，this paper analyzes the reason of prefabricated building price compensation，discusses the standard of price compensation，designs the price compensation mechanism of prefabricated building systematically，and puts forward several policy recommendations to promote the rapid and efficient development of prefabricated building.
