摘要：基于山西省城镇住房调查以及《山西统计年鉴》等数据，预测山西“十三五”期间总人口、城镇人口、城镇住房年均需求量，得出各类住房年均需求量及所占比例；提出完善城镇住房供应体系，以及加快发展共有产权住房的对策建议，为山西省和我国中西部做好住房保障工作和住房发展规划提供借鉴。

Abstract：Based on the investigation of the urban housing in Shanxi，as well as the statistical yearbook of Shanxi，the paper gains the amount and ratio of various housing types during the “13th five-year plan” period by predicting the total population，the urban population as well as the annual demand for the urban housing. On this basis，puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the perfecting urban housing supply system and accelerating the joint-ownership housing development，in order to provide reference for the housing securities and the housing development plan in Shanxi province and other central and western cities.
