摘要：在介绍建管养一体化管理模式内涵的基础上，阐述建管养一体化模式下的组织管理、信息管理和四大职能管理。其中，组织管理是建管养一体化的基础，信息管理是其有效的实施手段，四大职能管理是其实施的显现。该模式对马鞍山长江大桥工程质量、安全、成本和进度都有大幅度提升。

Abstract：This paper introduces the connotation of CMM integration method，and then expounds the organization management，information management and four aspects of function management in detail. Among these，organization management is the foundation of CMM integration，information management is the effective method，four aspects of function management are the manifestation of its implementation. With CMM integration methods，the quality，security，cost and schedule are improved greatly in constructing Maanshan Yangtze river bridge.
