摘要：从政府部门鼓励、质量安全信息管理、监管手段创新等角度，分析建设工程质量监管中BIM技术应用的驱动力；结合建设工程质量的监督模式，提出BIM与质量监督的可能结合点，并重点分析BIM在施工及竣工阶段的质量监管中的应用路径，以期为BIM技术在建设工程质量监管中的应用提供参考。

Abstract：The paper analyzes the driving force of the application of BIM technology in quality supervision of construction engineering from the perspectives of encourage by government department，quality and safety information management regulatory means innovation. Then，combining with the current quality supervision mode，proposes the possible combination of BIM and quality supervision，and emphatically analyzes the application path of BIM in quality control at construction stage and completion stage，provides reference for application of BIM technology in the quality supervision of construction engineering.
