[摘　要]　介绍了建筑施工项目物资管理的现状和存在的问题，提出将现代物流管理思想引入建筑施工项目的物资管理以提高生产经营效率。针对建筑施工项目物资管理效率低下、施工物资管理费用居高不下、资金周转缓慢等现状，指出了建筑施工项目物资管理体制、管理过程、供应关系、信息化管理几方面存在的问题，据以分析并提出了行之有效的改进措施。

Abstract: This paper introduces the present situation and existing problems of material management for construction projects, and presents that modern logistics management thought should be introduced into construction projects' material management to improve the production and operation efficiency. Aiming at the present situation that construction projects' material management efficiency is low, material management expense is high and capital turnover is slow, it analyses the problems existing in material management system, process, supply relationship and informatization, and based on the analysis, it puts forward effective improvement measures.
