[摘　要]　为处理某桥梁工程延期索赔事件，通过分析影响施工组织的客观事实，以合同文件、批准的施工网络进度计划、延期事件发生和终止的时间为依据，对甲乙双方的责任和义务进行界定，提出了处理方案，计算了延期天数和费用补偿金额。

Abstract: In order to handle a bridge building delay claim event, through analyzing the facts which influences construction organization, according as the contract document, the authorized construction network progress schedule, the delay event occurrence and termination time, defines the responsibilities and obligations of both sides, proposes the treatment scheme, calculates the extension number of days and the expense compensation amount.
