[摘　要]　地铁工程作为一个多项目群，要想其高质高效地完成，引入并行工程是必要的，也是可行的。在分析了并行工程对信息需求的基础上，提出了适于并行工程在地铁工程中实施的集成项目群组织模式。

Abstract: In order to complete the subway projects as a multi-programme in high quality and efficiency, the introduction of the concurrent engineering is necessary and feasible. On the basis of the analysis of the information needs for concurrent engineering, this paper proposed a project management mode for an integrated programme team which is suitable for concurrent engineering implemented in the subway projects.
