摘要：针对PPP项目的收益分配问题，围绕投资比重、风险分摊系数、合同执行度、对项目的贡献度等影响因素，借助NASH谈判模型建立收益分配模型，并结合实例进行演示，为PPP项目收益分配问题提供了思路。

Abstract：For benefit distribution problem of PPP project，considering the influencing factors like investment proportion，risk sharing coefficient，contract implementation，the contribution to the project，this paper establishes the benefit allocation model by means of NASH negotiation model. Combined with a case，this paper demonstrates the model，which provide ideas for the benefit assignment of PPP project.
