摘要：基于行为经济学时间偏好不一致理论，从投资个体内在的偏好差异及不耐心递减对投资决策影响的视角进行研究和分析，进一步讨论项目投资者在进行投资决策时所出现的非效率投资行为，为工程项目投资分析提供新的思路和方法。

Abstract：Based on the theory of time-inconsistent preferences，this paper studies and analyzes the impact of the difference of inherent preference of individual investor and diminishing impatience on investment decision-making，and then discusses the inefficient investment behavior of investors when making investment decision，provides new ideas and methods to analyze the project investment.
