摘要：利用因子分析法提取评价建筑业建筑企业的经济效益主要影响指标；在此基础上，运用超效率DEA对建筑企业的经济效益进行综合性评价，并结合Malmquist指数剖析建筑企业经济效益低下的内部因素，对建筑企业的规模效益及技术水平进行客观分析。

Abstract：The paper extracts the main impact indicators for economic benefits evaluation of building construction enterprises using factor analysis method. On this basis，uses the super-efficiency DEA to evaluate the economic benefits of construction enterprises comprehensively. Combined with Malmquist index，analyzes the internal factors of low economic efficiency of enterprises，carries on the objective analysis of enterprise scale benefit and technical level.
