摘要：在阐述BIM应用注意事项的基础上，结合工程项目的实际，探讨目前建筑业在BIM技术的定位、效益，软件的复杂性，图纸纠错，建模深度等方面存在的问题，并针对问题提出BIM应用建议，为推动BIM技术在我国的应用提供参考。

Abstract：On the basis of the elaboration of matters needing attention of BIM application，combined with the engineering practices，this paper explores currently the orientation and the benefits，the complexity of the software，drawing error correction，the modeling depth and other existing problems of BIM technology，and proposes some suggestions to solve the problems，in order to promote the development of BIM technology in China.
