摘要：分析目前大中型施工总承包工程合同管理的现状，继而分析BIM在大中型施工总承包工程中使用的优势及对合同管理的作用。研究发现BIM能促进大中型施工总承包工程的信息交流与共享、推进工程进度、减少资源浪费、提高大中型施工总承包工程的绩效。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the situation of the current contract management for large and medium-sized construction general contracting project，and then analyzes the application advantage and function of BIM in contract management of large and medium-sized construction general contracting project. The research finds that BIM can improve the information exchange and sharing of large and medium-sized construction general contracting projects，advance the construction schedule，reduce resource waste and improve the project performance.
