[摘　要]　建筑供应链的构建是由于构建各方对利益的长远追求，建筑供应链的解散往往是由于利益分配不均。本文把建筑供应链利益分成私有利益和共有利益，其中私有利益又区分为总承包商利益和其他成员利益两部分讨论，从而形成了建筑供应链利益分配的新模式，实现建筑供应链利益的合理分配。

Abstract: The parties pursuiting  the long-term interests is to build the construction supply chain, the reason for the dissolution of construction supply chain  often is the uneven distribution of benefits. In this paper, the benefits of supply chain are divided into private interests and public interests, the private interests which are divided into the interests of the general contractor and the interests of other members of the interests are discussed, so this paper forms the new distribution model of the construction supply chain to achieve a reasonable distribution of benefits.
