[摘　要]　本文简要分析了国内工程咨询行业所面临的一些问题，提出了通过整合各方咨询企业的资源，特别是加强咨询企业之间的协调合作，从而达到充分发挥咨询企业作用、提高工程管理综合绩效的目的。

Abstract: This paper analyses some problems existing in construction consulting industry in China, and puts forward the advice that we should conform the resources from all kinds of consulting companies, especially strengthen the cooperation among the consulting companies, so as to work effectively and thus improve project management integrative performance.
