[摘　要]　大量研究表明，外商投资企业通常比东道国的对手们更具竞争力，但通过对建筑业的分析却发现，外资建筑企业在中国的表现并不出色。本文评价了中国外资建筑企业的竞争力，并从政策环境和产业特征等角度进行了解释。

Abstract: Many researches reveal that foreign enterprises are usually more competitive than their rivals of the host country, but the construction industry in China shows a different situation. This thesis evaluates the competitiveness of foreign construction enterprises in China, as well as exploring the causes from policy factors and industrial characteristics.
