[摘　要]　精细化管理是一种以最大限度减少资源浪费和降低管理成本为主要目标的管理方式。在行业竞争激烈化和发展精细化的时代，精细化管理具有广阔的用武之地。本文在分析精细化管理含义的基础上，阐述了建筑企业实施精细化管理的必要性，并探讨了建筑企业精细化管理的实施思路，尝试为建筑企业推行精细化管理提供参考。

Abstract: Meticulous management is a management way with the goals of minimizing the resources waste and management cost.In the period of sharp competition and meticulous development, meticulous management will be applied in many fields. Based on the analysis of the implications of meticulous management, expounds the necessity of meticulous management in constrution enterprises, researches the implementation ideas, attempts to provide references for constrution enterprises to apply meticulous management.
