[摘　要]　首先提出了我国发展生态建筑遇到的经济效益问题、技术水平问题以及专业人员的认识水平问题等，在此基础上提出了我国发展生态建筑的策略，如新能源的开发、节能环保建材的开发、政府的立法与资金支持，等等。

Abstract: This paper first proposes the problems existing in the development of ecological building, such as economic benefit, technological level as well as professionals' understanding level. Based on this, it puts forward development strategies of ecological building in our country, for example, the development of new energy sources, the development of energy-saving and environment-protecting building materials, the government's legislative and financial support, and so on.
