[摘　要]　在城市化进程中，农村富余劳动力逐渐向城市转移，农民工培训成为亟需解决的问题。高职院校应承担起农民工培训的重任，为发展劳务产业、有效解决“三农”问题做出贡献。

Abstract: In the process of urbanization, surplus rural laborers are gradually transferring to cities, and the training of rural migrant workers becomes an urgent task. The vocational colleges should undertake the responsibility of training rural migrant workers, and make contribution to developing labor services industry and solving the issues of agriculture, rural areas and peasants.
