摘要：近年来建筑行业安全事故频发，究其原因主要是建筑工人的不安全行为。通过对文献的整理及总结，首先分析建筑工人不安全行为的形成机制，然后从三方面，即人、环境、机械，对其认知的形成原因进行分析，并阐述工程心理学研究成果及其在改善建筑工人不安全行为上的应用，以期对改善建筑行业安全管理工作提供参考。

Abstract：In recent years，safety accidents occur frequently in construction industry，the main reason is unsafe behavior of workers. Based on references analysis and conclusions，analyzes the formation mechanism of workers' unsafe behavior，then analyzes the causes of their cognitive from three aspects of people，environment and mechanical. At last，puts forward the application of engineering psychology in improving the unsafe behavior of construction workers，in order to provide reference for the analysis of the unsafe behavior of construction workers.
