摘要：机电安装专业固有的复杂性造成工程量清单质量难以保证。为减少清单瑕疵引起争议、索赔、成本难以控制，有必要对编制好的工程量清单进行复核。首先分析机电安装工程工程量清单常见的质量问题，并从清单是否漏项或多项、清单项目划分是否规范等方面提出清单复核方法及注意事项。

Abstract：Inherent complexity of mechanical and electrical installation professional，usually causes difficulty in guarantying the quality of engineering quantity list. In order to reduce dispute，claim and difficult cost control caused by list quality problems，it’s necessary to draw up project list for review. The paper firstly analyzes common quality problems in mechanical and electrical installation engineering quantity list. Then proposes the review methods and precautions from the perspectives of whether there is leakage or more items，list items divisions is standard or not，list project characteristic is complete and accurate or not，etc.
