摘要：土石方工程造价直接影响机场建设项目的工程投资，其造价控制的重要性尤为突出。重点结合山区民用机场工程建设实际，分析民用机场建设土石方工程造价控制的不利因素；总结民用机场建设土石方工程施工阶段造价控制的关键点；最后就工程造价咨询工作提出实操性建议。

Abstract：It is particularly outstanding that the control of earthwork cost in an airport construction because of which will directly influence the investment of the airport construction. Based on the experience of civil airport construction，the paper analyzes the disadvantages of the earthwork cost control in airport construction project. Then，summarizes the key points of the earthwork cost control at construction stage. Finally，proposes suggestions of improving the competitiveness of cost consulting enterprise from the view of cost consulting engineers.
