摘要：分析我国工程造价管理存在的问题，阐述BIM技术在建筑工程造价管理中的应用优势；结合具体案例，探讨BIM技术在工程造价管理中的应用。以期充分发挥BIM技术的优势，推动建筑行业的创新发展。

Abstract：Analyzes the existing problems in the engineering cost management in China，then explains the application advantages of BIM in engineering cost management. Finally，combined with the specific case，discusses the application of BIM in engineering cost management. It will give full play to the advantages of BIM technology，and promote the long-term development of construction industry.
