[摘　要]　目前，我国政府办公用房的有关建设标准正在制修订中，德国政府办公大楼建设标准有诸多成功经验，可作为我国建设标准修订的参考。通过对德国《最高联邦机关办公大楼建设标准》和我国《党政机关办公用房建设标准》进行比较，分析异同，总结德国经验，发现我国存在问题，并提出相应的改进建议。

Abstract: Currently, the building standards of governmental office buildings in China are being constituted or modified. The successful experiences of standards of governmental office buildings in Germany can be references for the standards in China. According to the comparison studies on The Building Standard for Office Buildings of Political and Governmental Departments of China and The Office Building Standard of Supreme Federation of Germany, the successful experiences of German standard are summarized, and the similarities and differences of these two standards are analyzed. Then the existing problems in Chinese standards are discussed and corresponding improvement proposals are put forward.
