[摘　要]　针对我国廉租房建设中存在的资金问题，探析了廉租房建设中引入PPP模式的必要性和可行性，并说明了我国在采用PPP模式进行廉租房建设中应注意的问题。

Abstract: In view of the existing financial problems in the construction of cheap renting house, this article analyses the necessity and the feasibility of the application of PPP pattern in the construction of cheap renting house, and states the probable problems we should pay attention to in the process of the construction.
