[摘　要]　针对国内现有建筑施工计价性企业定额的不足，探讨了新型的、实用性的企业定额的架构体系的构建思路和实现途径，对工程量清单计价环境下建筑施工企业准确投标报价、实现内部成本控制有重要现实意义。

Abstract: In view of the deficiency of the  existing construction enterprise quota in China, this paper attempted to discuss the theory on building  a practical and new structure system of construction enterprise quota and analyzed realization of the quota structure. It was practical for the construction enterprise in business bidding accurately and controlling cost of  project under bill of quantity.
